I signed up for the presentation and the confirmation page says:
“Your registration has been confirmed. If you registered for the presentation, you will receive a reminder with the address of the venue a couple of days prior to the event. It will take place in MIRO, rue de Mérode 449 in Forest.”
This is an odd message, even it were physical. Would a simpler version work?
Physical: We confirm your registration for a presentation of The Reef in Miro, rue de Mérode 449 in Forest. You’ll receive a reminder a few days ahead of time.
Online: We confirm your registration for a presentation of The Reef on Zoom. You’ll receive a reminder a few days ahead of time.

It seems the registration page was copied from the previous link and the excel sheet it generates is the same than the one for the presentation on the 3 July. I don’t know how to change it 
@reef-recruitment please note that there is one registration (for the 17 July, and it’s not Joannes) that appears on the excel sheet of the 3 July.

Can we use the following for the 17 July presentation? It will be one sheet for 3 july and 17th July presentations. Deactivated all autoreplies.
Just out of curiosity: why would you not start a new form for every presentation?
it was a test, not very successful one.

Fine by me. But if the people registered for the 17 receive a reminder, wouldn’t it mean that people register on the 3 July would also receive a reminder?
no, @MariaAM , this has been deactivated, so nobody receives reminders. We actually send them manually till we get an app that actually works well.

It seems to have taken 5 days before the presentation gets announced on Samenhuizen en H&P (see Team External: general exchanges 2025 - #56 by Lee).
Based on experience, the ideal build up for a presentation is three weeks. If there is less time than that, no time can be wasted in the announcements on Samenhuizen and H&P (our biggest source of registration), as every day is a day that people who might be interested are not seeing our ad.
Can we please have a short online meeting to discuss 1) how this problem can be fixed, and 2) how we can set up a way of working together that combines autonomy (for you) and peace of mind that responsibilities are taken up in a self-managed way (for me)?
