Our next public presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9th, at Salle Miro at Brutopia (Forest).
We have 22 registrations so far.
More or less 10 reeflings coming to the presentations as well.
The space is booked and we are all set to go.

@els would you be willing to help to calculate the prices of the units? The Powerpoint of the last presentation has some numbers, but they are not correct for all units. TIA!
remark: you will see that for I1 and I2, there are 2 lines. One line is based on the m2 brut you find in the weighting index file and on the plans. The second line is related to a question@MariaAM asked to the architects who said that the two units have the same surfaces, and so I took 119 m2 brut for both units. Looking at the plans, the surfaces of the different rooms are the same, so the latter seems to be the correct one.
Here is an update regarding this Tuesday’s presentation: we currently have 34 household registrations, totaling 45 expected attendees! Notably, 15 of these households have specifically expressed interest in a 3BR .
Even if we apply a very conservative show-up rate of about a third, we can confidently expect at least 10 to 15 households (around 15–20 people) walking through our doors. ( this is maybe relevant info for the bar ? @ChrisM & @Dave_Starhawk ).

I’d like to better understand where this sudden increase in registrations comes from. From what I understood at the FM dinner, you have put significant efforts into contacting people who expressed interest in the past (but the details weren’t fully clear to me). Would you be willing to explain in 2-3 sentences what it is that you did exactly, so that we can all understand what happened and what we can learn from this? TIA!
On top of this, following up on your request in the FM meeting Lucia got in contact with Richard to contact Fabian who was interested in a 2 Br , but unfortunately he has bought an apartment in the meantime and is no longer interested.
I am personally not sure that these actions of R&O lead to the increase in the number of registrations, except for the writing to the people on a waiting list for a 2 BR
FYI, for the last presentation (12/05) we also had a nice increase in registrations: a total of 29 registrations, so this - for me - more or less started a month ago.
My personal take on this (but maybe @LuciaM can complete/share her vision),
the last two newsletters really helped boosting the figures (thanks @manuelpueyo). So it would be good - for the presentation of June 30th, to have another one send out next friday, just before the weekend
social media (insta, facebook) (thanks @Odile ) together with add on Habitat&Participation and flyering that has increased the last month, are also indicated as a major source of ‘how the people who registered got to know us’
