From what I understood at the FM dinner, you have put significant efforts into contacting people who expressed interest in the past (but the details weren’t fully clear to me). Would you be willing to explain in 2-3 sentences what it is that you did exactly

Team Recruitment & Onboarding: general communication 2026

for those interested, here a bit of an overview of some of the actions Recruitment & Onboarding undertook to get these last units sold quicker: The buddies contacted all the EM and AM who didn’t apply for FM-ship and who were interested in one of the old 3 BR’s. There were some questions/some interest shown, but in the end/so far no one asked to rejoin The Reef We also contacted all the people who came to a presentation but never applied to become an EM, and indicated being interested in a 3 B…

On top of this, following up on your request in the FM meeting Lucia got in contact with Richard to contact Fabian who was interested in a 2 Br , but unfortunately he has bought an apartment in the meantime and is no longer interested.

I am personally not sure that these actions of R&O lead to the increase in the number of registrations, except for the writing to the people on a waiting list for a 2 BR

FYI, for the last presentation (12/05) we also had a nice increase in registrations: a total of 29 registrations, so this - for me - more or less started a month ago.

My personal take on this (but maybe @LuciaM can complete/share her vision),

• the last two newsletters really helped boosting the figures (thanks @manuelpueyo). So it would be good - for the presentation of June 30th, to have another one send out next friday, just before the weekend
• social media (insta, facebook) (thanks @Odile ) together with add on Habitat&Participation and flyering that has increased the last month, are also indicated as a major source of ‘how the people who registered got to know us’
