This is a message to let you know that we have defined the dates of the next public presentations and the presentation list is up to date. They can be promoted. Dates:
@reef-external , R&O decided to cancel next week’s online presentation (27/01). We want to wait for the outcome of the meeting of the 30/01 and evaluate how to proceed with the rest of the presenations planned.

Do you mean: why do we cancel this one and why did we not cancel the previous one?
If that is your question:
For the first presentation of January, we were a bit too late, so we didn’t want to cancel last minute
With the previous presentation, we (R&O) also felt like trying out these ‘one on ones’ at Joannes’, to see how that would go. This one is an online presentation.
This week and last week were quite intense for a couple of the members of R&O, also for Lee who expressed a preference to cancel next weeks meeting.
We (Lucia, Sophie and myself) were in the Sosim team meeting after the meeting with the architects this week, and following those two meetings, together with the previous point we concluded that we wouldn’t ‘loose’ much in cancelling next weeks presentation and give us an evening off. R&O will contact the people who registered once we decided what to do with the following presentations. There will be a proposal coming soon from R&O about how to proceed with recruitment for the coming time, but we want to wait for the meeting of the 30/01. So I guess it will be presented at the PM of 5/02 or 15/02.
