At this time of year it’s usually a 7 for me. 2019 is the except - 2019 was an exceptionally awful year so right now it’s a mix between 2 and 4.

Right now I have a pretty bad cold so I would have to be a 4 looks like or maybe a 1 since I’m on this med that makes me want to sleep all day.

I will also go with 7. social Interactions as well as continuous writing commitments until the 31st have prevented relaxation to set in. But I am very well fed :).
