I am starting a new thread to deal with the logistics of the onboarding of the newly incoming members.
@ugne: would you be willing to set one or two dates for meetings with the confesseur? Ideally it would happen a bit after the 20th of February.
@mieke and @ChrisM: would you be willing to keep the calendar file up-to-date? It’s a file for Exploring Members, in which we indicate the dates of important events, so that they can already block their calendar. It is saved in the Onboarding Package: Login – Nextcloud
@ChrisM: would you be willing to reschedule the membership discussion that we scheduled on 19/03? Team Building somehow made a double booking, which is sub-optimal. Maybe it can be as simple as moving the membership discussion to the 20th? (note: I changed the category and the title of the membership discussion, so that it becomes clearer that this is open to all Full Members).
@reef-recruitment: for information, I have updated the entire Onboarding Package. Some updates are still needed in the checklist, but the document is good enough to be presented to new members as it is.

Wonderful! It’s not clear to me what needs to go on the checklist during the Exploring Member stage with regard to apartment choosing and financial viability checking… do you need any help thinking about that?

Small note: you will see that I included 8 possible units, so it’s definitely more than we have. That’s ok. The idea is to publish the slide deck this week, to get a little more attention. I will update the slide just before the presentation.
