So leadership is the activity of filling empty spaces with beautiful structure? I like that definition. So in more prosaic form, it’s seeing the opportunity to do something good, and doing it? And yes, there are ample opportunities within ourselves, and nobody can be a leader who has not gathered experience in working there. Here I agree. But then, there are also ample opportunities in the external world, also beyond the family and neighborhood. As much as I’d love leaderless movements (which are movements with everyone being a leader) to be able to take these on, as little I’ve seen this happening … .
