I had a look at it, not sure it’s ready for a plenary, as I think the goal was to have a consent to a budget for a maitre d’ouvrage (or not), so to include this in the avant projet budget.

OK. I’ll go after a budget, but not this week.
Would it be possible to already set a budget fork by Thursday’s plenary? The amount we are willing to spend on this?
With the given definition of the role, I propose an envellope of €20-40K, assuming an hourly rate of €100, with time-based invoicing, cancellation at any time.
@joannes, thanks a lot for the proposal. I understood from the meeting 3 weeks ago that @Hannah had offered to put you in contact with someone who does this kind of work. Did you manage to do that?
