Hi all
Edgeryders LBG is looking for an experienced facilitator for an event we are organising on October 1-5. The location is spectacular, we pay you a fee in addition to your travel costs (provided you are somewhere in Europe).
To apply: Leave a comment below with a suggestion for how you would structure the four days and which facilitation methods you would use to ensure participants leave the event having achieved the following objectives…
A. Draw out a shared vision which aligns individual and collective: An important purpose of the event is to agree on a vision one or two “big” missions for us to work towards. Part of getting to know one another is getting to understand the individual aspirations of each of the directors, how we believe we can realise them, and the roles we want/need to take in order to get there. Our goal is build a one page vision, mission and strategy document for Edgeryders lbg and to fill in applications for relevant accelerator programs.
B. Keep the house in order: We want to build a shared understanding of the practical realities of running a healthy company that lives in symbiosis with a community, and agree how we work together to meet the practical requirements . As well as to plan for the specific requirements of directors prioritised projects and company client work in the pipeline. Our goal is to co-create an Edgeryders LBG calendar for October 2015-December 2016 of key legal and administrative deadlines + routines for meeting them + allocation of responsibilities.
C. Define 2 flagship projects: We would like to channel belief in the identified vision, mission and strategies into 1-2 key projects outside around which we plan community development/growth and organise the next years’ revenue generation work. Our goal is to write a storyboard (video) + one page description for each project…and secure preliminary approval from invited clients and commitment from directors.
D. Shoot video material for new company reel video and flagship project pitches based on storyboards. Maybe even a teaser for LOTE5
