As it looks like we will probably need more than the usual 2h30 than we normally have during a plenary to conclude on the avant-projet, the idea was floated to move the plenary that is scheduled on Friday 25 April to the Saturday or the Sunday.
Would it please be possible to (generously) fill in the poll below, so that we can see when would be the best moment to organise the meeting by tomorrow 21/04 at 4 pm?
(note: I’m including a short morning session on Saturday and Sunday, just in case it could be combined with a session on Friday evening; by themselves these are unlikely to be sufficient)
Hello @Lee I wonder if we can put some time aside next Saturday to try to link the Reef Instagram account and the Reef Facebook account via your FB account. It seems that, although I have been given admin rights, “full control” is necessary to do that and I assume the Reef FB page was created from your profile?
I’ve tried everything from my profile, and yet it doesn’t work. I have also tried by sending you and @Manoj (the other two current admins) an authorisation via Meta, but still doesn’t work.
Yes, I know, but even if I have the same rights it seems you and all admins should authorise it. I just wanted to try 1) linking the accounts from your fb profile or 2) deleting you and Manoj temporarily as admins to make me the only admin and see if it works.
I don’t see how a phone call would solve it, but will try to take time this week to fully understand the problem and the Meta policies and get back with a solution.
Just a quick update to let you know that the agenda for tomorrow is almost complete. I prefer to post it already now though, because there is a lot to read and digest. If there would be updates, we’ll put a message in the Signal chat.
In case you would feel overwhelmed by it all, I recommend having a look at the visual on page 2 of the summary note, which is in the first item on the agenda. Even though these are all just proposals, this is how I see the bigger picture.

As an afterthought: tomorrow we might be handling a lot of information and thoughts, so it would really help if we could all be extra mindful about our participation in the rounds.

Just to be clear, the first point is very important: artful participation doesn’t mean feeling pressured to shut up. It means that we are expected to act in line with what we think is best for the group. Sometimes that means insisting on taking the time, sometimes that means making a note and resolving the issue outside the meeting.
I see no mention in the agenda of the topic about Unforeseen costs for the building budget. Should we at least have an information about it? It feels to me that it is relevant to take into consideration with the other financial issues we’re looking at, no?
I looked up the mail sent by the notary about the need to have the division of the private cellars on the plans we introduce for the permit.
