With the helping circle on the new unit attribution working very hard these days to make sure every households can find themselves in the plans (thanks!) and before passing on the plans to the architects at the end of this week, there is not much point in having a meeting just yet, so the plenary of 5/03 is cancelled. The reimbursement proposal bis will be scheduled for online consent shortly and the proposal by the asbl board will be moved to the 15th (@Hannah, @mieke, @Odile). Other than this topic we will take our time to discuss the new plans and the unit attribution. To make sure there is enough space for everyones thoughts, the idea is to have a slightly longer afternoon plenary, followed by an FM dinner, as suggested by @Sterre. So, here is the poll to see who can come to Joannes place (thanks for hosting!) on the 15th:

There is nothing new to the plans than what was presented in the PM of 25/02
Remarks:
for the ones interested: the architects have foreseen some basic layouts for 3 units (in the layout folder)
layout for the 3 BR of 112 m2 on the first floor of Obelix (For the ones filling in the presurvey, there was an error in the presurvey on the possible m2 of O2: it was either 112m2 or 117m2, instead of 102 m2 or 107 m2)
layouts for a 1 BR of 70 m2 and a 2+BR of 107 m2 on the third floor of Obelix
at this point we don’t need to decide
where the division is situated between the 2 Idefix duplexes, as long as the total surface is 238 m2
