The architects will try to finalise the avant-projet by 14 April, and they would like our final decision by the 28th.
It’s not fully clear yet how difficult these decisions will be, but it seems safe to start scheduling plenary meetings as optimally as possible.
For the meeting on the 15th, which will be mostly exploration, I was wondering whether it would be help those who sometimes have difficulties to attend, if we would organise the meeting online.
Can you please fill in the poll below so we can get an overview?
Both Chris and I made a mistake when first answering: I read “I CAN make it either way” instead of “I can’t”.
Wonder if other people also made the mistake…
Just a quick note to let you know that the draft agenda for tomorrow’s meeting is online. It is saved as usual in The Reef’s shared folder > Team Reef > Plenary meetings > Agendas and minutes: Login – Nextcloud
In the course of tomorrow I will finalise the Powerpoint on the avant-projet, but the essence is there already.
Also note that we are meeting online. Grateful if you could arrive 5 minutes early, so that we can start at 19:30 sharp.
Hi all, I would have to skip today’s planery. Still a bit jet lagged and sleep deprived. And tired because of a long travel today due to some changes in earlier plans. Sincere apologies!
Minutes are on the agenda.
I have a bit of a fuzzy bit about a helping circle about the neighbour’s wall? Did somebody add that? Did I just mistype? Both Chris and I are confused at this point of the night…
Ha, that was me responding to a question mark in the report. I thought there would be a helping circle to look into solutions for making the high walls that surround the Reef functional and attractive. And while I do not claim expertise about walls (which Lie attributed to me ) I accepted to focus on that bit.
Hi all, we are in the middle of our move and days are chaotic and fully scheduled. I see now that I indicated I could make the meeting online on Tuesday, but that wasn’t possible… We also won’t be of any help for the helping circles for now. Apologies! See you soon.
