Hello @reeflings,

We are meeting this Thursday at Joannes’ and Ann’s place for our next plenary. As per the usual we start at 19:30. Given our recent struggles to start in time, let’s try to arrive 10 minutes early, so we can take a calm and timely start?

As for the agenda, there will be two topics:

  1. Discussion of the latest version of the plans
  2. Decision on the common spaces

Both topics will benefit a lot from us taking a little time to prepare. For the first topic, by having a quick look at the plans (link will follow), and for the second you could go over the list of arguments that is linked in the agenda.

If you can’t make it to the meeting, and you would like your voice to be heard, you have the following options:

  • Express your views in writing
  • Give your proxy to somebody (should it come to a vote)
  • Object to a decision with 48 hours after the meeting

Here’s a poll to let everybody know whether you will be joining:

  • Yes I’ll be there

I’ve added the link to the plans in the agenda.

There are two propositions. Each proposition offers two possibilities for the oaktree units…

I couldn’t get the link to work directly, but when I copied and pasted it into a browser, the result was that the linked file got downloaded… :slight_smile:

for those missing the plenary today or those who still have some questions on the plans:

i am having an online chat with Odile this Saturday (23/11) at 14:00.

The goal is to go through the plans (what will be presented as the proposal mainly), and try to answer all questions from Odile (or others) on these plans…

So feel free to join: i will create a link in the agenda (at some point)

i need to come back to the ‘mistake about the studio’s’ in proposition 2a.

I said the number of reef studios was wrong and should be 4 (instead of 3) , having an extra reef studio in the middle building, but in fact ‘no’. It’s correct on the presentation. There is indeed an extra studio in comparaison to 1a, but it goes to Oaktree as they indicated to want 5 oaktree units and not 4.

Sorry for the confusion.

If this is the case, then I think I’d like to plea for giving some consideration to my father. The studio at the third floor of Obelix comes at an astronomically higher cost, so if there is a studio that meets his programme, can it please be considered to give this to my father instead of to Oak Tree?

This was for proposal 2, now proposal 1 is on the table for consent.

If proposal 1 and 2 are equivalent, but proposal 2 seems to have the option for my dad to have a studio in the cheaper range, then they don’t seem equivalent? (I’m sure I’m missing something)

Proposal 1 and 2 are not equivalent, i can explain, but better live than typing
