We have a plenary meeting scheduled for this Wednesday. The draft agenda can be found as usual on Nextcloud > The Reef shared folder > Team Reef > Plenary meetings > Agendas and minutes: Login – Nextcloud
For the moment the only real topics on the agenda are a decision on where to put the laundry room, and a decision on how much the new Reeflings will be asked to contribute to the cost of the site and the architects bills. For the latter, to make sure everybody can speak their mind, I think it will be better to limit the discussion to Full Members only.
The proposal would therefore be to organise the plenary meeting online (19:30 to +/- 21:00). This has the additional advance that we can offer the Exploring Members to attend the first part of the plenary (without even having to go somewhere). As this is the only plenary they could attend (given that the next one will be during the weekend), this would be a double win.
