Quick heads-up to let you know that the draft agenda for tomorrow’s plenary is ready. Topics:

For the last two topics you would need to have a quick look at the documents to be able to participate in the rounds For the first one there are a lot of links, but they are all optional.
We are still short of a venue, so if someone would be willing to open their place that would be very welcome. If everybody could also fill in the poll that would also be very helpful to see how many people we are expecting.
As I won’t be there myself and as I have had a bit of a Reef overdose last week, would somebody be willing to take over the practical planning of the plenary from this point on?

I don’t have any visits planned tomorrow and I doubt one will come up so I can take a break from my break and facilitate 
I am fully booked this evening and tomorrow during the day so my preparation will be limited.
Since we don’t have a venue yet I would suggest we do it online? Seems we will be a pretty small group so I think it’s manageable.
Either way I am pretty sure I can make it work.

We could do it in the shared space of our apartment block. I just checked and the space is available (although technically not only for us, but on weekdays in general no one is hanging around there).
