Plenary meeting 5 March 2025 cancelled

Hello @reeflings,

We had a meeting with the technical experts this afternoon. Nothing concrete came out of it. It was mostly the experts explaining different options to us and the architects, and the architects giving some rather technical feedback to steer the proposal the experts will be delivering eventually.

The result of all that is that there are no topics that could make for an agenda, and so I would propose that we cancel the meeting and enjoy this period of rest. If anybody would want to organise drinks or board games, please don’t hesitate of course.

For the plenary meeting of the 15th I don’t exclude that we still won’t have anything concrete on the table, but this we’ll only know when François is back, next week. Even if there would be nothing from the architects though, what we could do on the 15th is my performance review and possibly also some other evaluations. To be seen.

hi @reef-governance , i am looking for the role description of ‘the coordinator’, but only find a file that is indicated as ‘archived’. Is this the correct one?
(team governance and working methods/resources and draft proposals)

The way to find it is to go to Team Reef > Teams set-up > Description of the different Teams. In that document you’ll find a link that takes you to the “Resources” folder of Team Governance: Login – Nextcloud
