Hello dear @reeflings,

I had a quick chat with François today, and he is confident that we can finish the avant-projet within the deadlines. If that would be so, then I am expecting that the grand finale plenary will take place on Saturday 5 April. Could you please block the entire day, just in case?

A more detailed planning will hopefully come in shortly. Will keep you posted.

Just a quick note to let you know that the draft agenda is ready and saved in the usual place in Team Reef: Login – Nextcloud

Practicalities:

  • Starting time: 11 am sharp

  • End time: some time in the afternoon

  • Venue: my place

  • Lunch: let’s go the shop and buy baguette and spreads?

Can you please let us know in the poll below whether you can make it?

I think we said that to make the 11am start work we needed to have lunch sorted before hand, didn’t we? How about making it a low-key pot luck, nothing fancy?
Alternatively I could shop on Friday but then I would need a list because I’m not good at deciding what to buy for a big group (yes @els, amongst other things :wink:)

hi lee,

i see the two reviews on the agenda are of the coordinator and the fm circle one. In the agenda of the last pm that was cancelled, it was a review of the facilitator role.

I prepared those last two. Would it be a problem if it would switch to the review of the facilitator role instead of the fm circle one?

I think the Full Members Circle one is more important, because in theory we have to schedule a new selection process.

Hi Lee,
Axel and me would like to come together. Will there be other children? Senna will come with us, one of us will be busy with her (I hope we can play a little bit in another room to not disturb you) or one of us will make a long walk with her so she can sleep.

We will probably leave before the performance review begins.

  • Minutes of the morning are added to the ‘Agenda and minutes file’.

  • Action points for @Lee, @Axel and myself (@ChrisM : we didn’t go through them after the meeting, so feel free to complete/correct)

    • AP Lie: clear out who needs to write the part that we want to see in the lettre d’intention (Marcel and/or Axel and/or lawyer)?
    • AP Lie: check how long a rectification takes, in case Oaktree would drop out after we get the permit
    • AP Axel/Lie/Marcel: explain statutes and price calculation to Trigenta/Danae/third party of Oaktree
    • AP Els: clear out if the see through part in left wall of obelix is a window or a door.
    • AP Els: create post on ER to collect feedback on the remarks made for the facade of the common spaces and come with a proposal to consent to in PM of 15/04
