Possible alternative for inclusive units?

It’s a model similar to Oak Tree, but active in Brussels and focused on elderly people (which means from my age up  ). Flagging it for @reef-inclusion .

I had a chat with the person responsible for Abbeyfield in Brussels, and the conclusion was that their model is not compatible with ours. It’s a pity I didn’t write a small report about it.

From what I remember: the number of units is too high for us (8-13), and if I remember well they also want their own “no young people” common spaces (up to 150 m² in some of their houses). It’s also mostly a for profit organisation that asks a relatively high rent, so all in all it’s much less inclusive than you would think.
