The Arizona government is considering a reduction on the VAT on new construction, from the current 21% to 6 or 9%. The have agreed to vote on the budget as is, but then re-open the VAT reform negotiating table this summer 2026. Of course this would translate into a substantial saving for The Reef, so let’s keep track of it.
