@LuciaM, @Wenwei would it be possible for you to hold this activity in the week starting 28th July? Or alternatively on Monday 16th?
Both dates for for me, remotely only though.
Would you prefer them later, when you are back?
Both format work for me.
We will be back only end of August, so not sure if it will not be too long to wait till then?
On the other hand, I suppose other people might be on holiday too and might not be able to login in for a online presentation either or attend a physical one.
Your post gave me sufficient information on following steps and as FM it is no longer a game changer.
Should the presentation be informative for current AM and EM please go ahead and organise it at their earliest convenience and preferred format and we will see if it is possible for us to join.
