I’m not sure I understand that. The 750 euro finishings is a Reef-specific thing. I would not mention it, because I think there is no benefit and the only risk is that people get confused.

I have mentioned the next presentation link in the description. However, it doesn’t appear as a clickable link in the ad preview. One has to copy-paste the link on the browser. I can direct the enquiries to our latest presentation’s registration link whenever I receive an enquiry.
I have put the site pictures which I could find on Next Cloud. If you think that we can put any other useful picture with the ad, please let me know.

Overall it looks great!
Here’s a couple of suggestions for your consideration:
The first picture: I would strongly suggest to not put a picture of the empty plot as the first picture. I worry that this will give the image that we are selling land, and that people will not even click through. I would rather use the sketch that we have on the flyer. Asking the architects for more 3D promo designs should probably also be an option in the longer term.
The details about the 750 euro I would leave out. These are unnecessary details that can only confuse people. We only explain stuff like this in buddy sessions once people become Exploring Member, just because it’s too much information to take in.
What is missing in the text for me, is something about the people: why not add 1-2 sentences to say that we are a group of 18 people age 35-65, with 4 children age 1-6?
The link to our website doesn’t seem to link well in the preview. Maybe a good idea anyway to repeat it at the end?
In the slide with the 5 available units I would round off the surface to the square meters. This is just a small detail, so feel free to ignore it (it’s just that it can be a thing for number-blind people like me).
Maybe also write something about the location? Something like “ideally located near Place Miroir, and only 10 minutes by bike to the Grande Place”?
