Public presentation - 17 September (Forest)

Back to school, back to work, back to … public presentations !
Our next public presentation is scheduled for next Wednesday, September 17th, at our regular venue: Salle Miro at Brutopia (Forest). The space is booked and we are all set to go.

Please help spread the word by sharing our posts on social media. For those helping with flyers, we have this handy document to help us track where they are being distributed.

Beyond the tasks, these presentations are a great occasion for us to meet, have a drink, and catch up with each other and potential new members.

fyi: I’ve contacted the architects to ask if somebody could pass at 18:30 that day to go and fetch the maquette. (Présentation salle Miro 17 septembre - maquette)

I am going to the general assembly of my apartment building but I might pass by afterwards if it finishes early.

fyi: liesbet took the maquette home yesterday after the presenation for the neighbours and will bring it to the presenation of September 17th, so nobody needs to go pick it up and the office of S+F

Did somebody take the stickers//decals for the name tages/printed copies of the plans from last presentation?

Hi @Lee : please ping me when the presentation for tomorrow is ready so I can include (if we are still doing that) it in the reminder email.

For the reminder email we just use the slide deck that is online, which is usually the one from the previous presentation. I will update it tonight, but it will be in the late evening only. The link remains the same though, so depending on when people click on it they will see the old or the new version.

Oh dear, this afternoon I sent an email reminding people who registered about the presentation. They have received maybe two reminders then… somehow I though I would do this, since no one remembered to do it for the neighbours last week I thought of doing it this time. Hope people won’t get too annoyed :melting_face:

@ugne do you possibly have some of the very old ones at home? It’s just to give to people asking them to give them to their friends and colleagues, so it matters less which version it is.

I hadn’t done it yet, was going to do early this morning. So not prob. Thank you. The reminder email is a task in our recruitment manual to be checked so we (normally) we don’t forget it. :slight_smile:
