One point where I see a quick win to be made to shorten the time we need to consent to proposals, is to raise concerns and objections in advance.
This is of course not always possible, but when a topic is scheduled, and you already know that you have a concern or objection, it will be of great help if you could leave a quick note on the forum, or else contact the person who is responsible for a proposal.
Likewise, I think it would be a win (as far as time allows of course) if people who will be presenting a proposal at a plenary meeting, bring it to everybody’s attention as soon as possible here on the forum.
