Hello @reeflings,
Here’s another short update from the Coordination Team on key issues since the last plenary meeting. Overall I would say that there is not much to report.
(@reef-coordination, please feel free to complement or correct what I have gathered below)
Meetings with the architects
-
On 10/02 Alberto, Sophie and myself attended a kick-off meeting with the technical experts. The purpose of the meeting was mostly to introduce the experts to our programme and to scan through a couple of key issues, though nothing that I would consider as very important. For those who like, the PV can be found in the Stekke and Fraas folder: Login – Nextcloud.
-
Later in the evening Sophie and myself also had a meeting with just François, where the only point we discussed was the revised planning (Login – Nextcloud).
In the document you’ll see that there are two versions: one in which the appel de fonds starts earlier (which entails the risk that some desk work will need to be redone, which will cost money), and another one that only starts after the meeting that is called Commission de concertation. We don’t need to take that decision now though. Everything together (contingencies are now included) this planning - if I’m not mistaken - takes us to Q1 resp. Q2 of 2028.
Next meetings
-
The next meetings with the technical experts are planned on 3 and 14 March. What I expect is that we will be presented with sets of options (e.g. regarding heat pumps (collective or individual, air or water etc)).
-
The architects also foresee a meeting with the entire group (not planned yet) to answer to everybody’s questions.
-
The objective fo all this, is to arrive at a full portfolio of options by the end of March, and then we should make a set of choices that fits within our budget.
Follow-up
-
We need to dig 6 holes and find the contact details of the neighbour. See: Meeting with the technical experts 10/02/25 - action points (digging holes!)
-
Finalise the plan (walls only) of your unit with the architects by the end of March. See Meeting with the architects 10/02/2025 - layout of the apartments
Task list
The task list is saved in the Coordination Team folder. It’s a separate document for every meeting. This is the last one: Login – Nextcloud. Overall everything is moving and there are currently no orphan tasks.
Of note maybe that the architects updated the PVs of all the meetings. They are saved in the Stekke and Fraas folder, and I personally find them drafted in a way that allow me to catch up.
