There is definitely going to be a Resilient Cities 2015 call: http://www.100resilientcities.org/pages/100-resilient-cities-challenge#/-_/

However, if 2014 is anything to go by, the deadline will be in the fall – probably too late for Matera CIN.

It could be a good fit for Bucharest, maybe?
