At our call just now we all agreed to move forward with the proposal, and by the way I hear @markomanka is on board too!

At @Costantino's request I post here an updated version of who needs to write what in the application form, our Bible for the next 3 weeks. Unless otherwise specified, please add/write your sections straight in the document so others can review and make suggestions, as time is short.
