Here is the MoU for partners (not public, will give access upon request to people who have submitted the proposal for their initiative at http://openandchange.care)
I haven’t seen the detailed budget and resource allocation plan yet, but it seems we have a bit of a chicken-egg problem: we can’t send the Memo to partners fto sign off to it right after they submitted if we don’t have the final proposal + budget, which need to be insertted in Annexes each.
If it’s a generic budget, than please go ahead and insert it right away so people know what they are asked to sign.
Starting 20th of September at the latest we need to circulate it and get it signed.
