Reworking the plans - 'Who are we' part in the explanatory note

Hi @reef-external,

Yesterday we had a meeting with the architects and one thing they will be working on this week is the explanatory note.

A part of this note is the presentation of ‘who we are’, and this needs updating.

The architects send us the latest version that they used for the introduction of the permit last year: Team External/Building permit/Building permit file - update file june 2026

As the architects are still aiming for June 15th to introduce the update of our file, this should be done by the 10th 22:00. Reef external: can you make sure this file is ready to send to the architects by then?

I went through it, added comments and modifications via track changes. The major things that need updating:

  • the timeline (that still holds an error that was mentionned by Wenwei last year): i have the impression it was @AlinT who worked on this. As i guess you have limited time @Sterre could you take this over. I see there is a linked ppt: Login – Nextcloud ?
  • update of the FM’s. @AlinT : i think it was you again who did this, same @Sterre could you take this over?

(feel free to organize yourselves differently off course)

Updated the deadline in the text above to give the architects some time to integrate it

Sure, I can have a look at the updated French version. Is it ready now? If yes, I’ll have a look at it this weekend.

But I did the document with the FM :wink:

If Il received the info for the FM to add, I can update the document. I did it with Canva so it will be much easier for me to update it than @Sterre (I still have a subscription to Canva).

But if you or Sterre prefer to change the layout, not a problem at all for me if you take the lead :wink:

Hi Odile, no it’s not ready yet. The ‘latest’ FM need to first fill it in.

But i will leave it up to @Liesbet and team external to follow up/to take further action, same for your proposition @AlinT

can you confirm you (team external) will be taking this up (from our call I understood you would)?

the deadline is in a couple of days. I see no one of the new members have completed the document or added a picture

and i guess Odile and Alin will need some time to do the review/update and for the other things i don’t have the impression anyone is on it

@reef-external Els tagged me in her first post, but as I am not a part of team external I wasn’t sure what this was about. @Liesbet if you want me to try and update these files, I can try, but at this moment I’m not sure I have all the info needed to take this task up. Let me know what I can do and who I can contact.

Hi @els , the explanatory note is translated into Dutch.

The presentations of the Reeflings are proofread (and I added mine).

As explained, I am not familiar with Canva. It would be wonderful if @AlinT or someone else could layout the timeline and the presentations of the Reeflings :heart:

Hi @AlinT , next step is to rework the little presentations of all reeflings.

I found the old png files here: Login – Nextcloud - can you edit them in Canva?

These need to be checked: remove the people who left and add the ones who are not yet added.

Once that is done, I can integrate those household visuals in the explanatory note.
