With the change of date, I won’t be able to collect the key and open up. I think that Miro closes at 12h30 on Thursdays (at least, they used to), so someone needs to collect the key before then and come back at 18h30 to open up for us…
I might be able to move things around that evening, but if not, I’m also not sure I’ll make it to organise the bar… @Dave_Starhawk, are you available for that?
Yes, normally I collect the beamer, screen and cables from Alberto’s beforehand. I definitely can’t collect the key and open up that day, but I may still be able to collect things from Alberto’s. And also do the bar, but I will need to move a couple of things. Let’s assume that I can do both for now, and I will let you know if that changes…

Indeed, not many registrations so far. It might be that this is the case because the presentation was initially scheduled on the 30th, during school break. We are hoping the flyer-ing and the trefdag efforts to bring in new registrations. On the other hand, our offer of units is also limited so maybe we will not have as many people as in the past from now on.

Just a quick heads-up: due to a low number of participants, we are cancelling the public presentation scheduled for Thursday, 6 November (which had been rescheduled from the original 30 October date).
Some of the participants from this session will be invited to join one of the upcoming public presentations on 27 November or 16 December. Since we were able to move the Brutopia room booking to 27 November, that session will now be held on-site instead of online.
