Hello guys, while we wait for the evaluation of Opencare: I am at CAPS15EU and I heard Fabrizio Sestini, the CAPS programme coordinator, make the following suggestion:

“We, the Commission, are not allowed to publish your proposals. But if you do it, we will link to them and promote networking, collaboration and followup.”

I am in favour. What do you think?
