Hello everybody,
As I was invited to participate to Edgeryders by Lyne Robichaud, I spend some free time at work to share this short presentation.
My name is Henri Lefèvre. I am a 24 French young man. I live in Chantilly (France) and I work in the suburb of Paris as a “Driving change” consultant in Klee Group. I am really interested in some specific fields for those I made a general serach on a curation tool called Scoop it. My favorite themes are: driving change in public/private organizations, e-government, e-health, business school and their evolution in the future and how to build a career plan and get hired. You will find these various serach here and be pleased to share some articles around you if you find them useful !!
I am really fond of e-government thanks to an apprenticeship in made in a French consulting firm based on IT change in organizations called Markess International. During my 3rd year as business school student, I wrote a paper on administrations modernization through IT you can look trough or download here.
This subject is a passion. Technologies are improving our daily life. Why can’t these technologies be also useful in today’s government ? The people have the right to know thanks to Open Data in which field are their money gone and how efficient theses actions are. Smartphones are common nowadays, how can a common citizen may use it for its civic duties ?
All these questions can be answered quickly with the technologies but civil servants have to be listened, understood, taught and theirs fears into account to ease these changes. That is the hardest but the coolest part of my job.
