currently i’am doing my bachelorthesis (Software-Engineering) on a project with similar requirements, some pre-informations are on www.opensuntracker.info (OST) available. An Evaluation and an prototype was already built last year in german. One major target is the reproducibility for an interested non-expert, including the software and manuals.
