Soil study that was indicated in the architects' planning

When looking at the planning, @els had a question about the line that says “étude de sol pour excavation”.

I asked François today, and he explained that it’s a detail that won’t even be included in the updated version.

The way I understood his explanation is that there needs to be a mini soil sampling study, to determine whether it’s more economical to deposit the excavated soil in Flanders, Brussels or Wallonia. He said that Flanders usually turns out to be the cheapest, but for that a sample is needed.

This will all be taken care of by the architects, probably much later in the project than was indicated in the planning.
