some info I shared with the full members allready and I would like to share with you.
Due to a change in my financial situation, at this point I don’t know if I will still be able to afford an apartment in The Reef, meaning I might need to leave the Reef if it would come to that.
I was going for a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment, now I am going for a one bedroom apartment (a studio is not an option for me).
And even if I would be able to afford a one bedroom apartment, the location of this apartment also matters. A ground floor apartment is also a ‘no’ for me or one on top of a common space.
In a way it was a conscious choice that brought me in this new financial situation, which doesn’t make me feel absolutely good regarding the group of full members (the commitment I made when voting for Jet-14, the financial safety of the group,…).
That is why I would like to abstain from any further irreversible decision that might influence the project in one direction or another. So if you don’t see myself putting my thumbs up at the moment of consenting to something, it’s not because I have a physical issue with my thumbs …

Dear Els, thank you for sharing those information with us. Now, I understand why you didn’t put your thumb up yesterday. We all have to take some difficult and important decisions some time in our life and I would really like you to stay with the Reef if it is feasible for you. I will understand whatever you’ll decide later on and will give you full priority for a one bedroom apartment if and when a decision has to be made. I want to thank you for all the work you are putting into this project and will respect whatever decision you will take. Take care
