@reef-full, as per our statutes and as already announced by Els as one of the next steps until we introduce the revised permit, we will be holding a General Assembly of the Société simple mid-April.

For now, topics on the agenda include a summary of the unit attribution at the plenary on 15/4 (hence the idea to schedule the GA just afterwards) as well as updates on the financial situation and the permit.

The meeting shouldn’t take more than 60 min and will be online (for real, this time ;)). So, get your agendas ready and fill in the poll below:

@reef-recruitment if it would be on the 20th we would need to change the starting time of the online presentation? See Relaunching the presentations to sell the last remaining units (2026)

Let’s indeed set the date of this GA for the 20th (7-8pm) and move the start of the prensentation to 20h30. Ok for you, @Lee?

Hi @Odile,

Thanks a whole lot for your trust! I’m afraid I’m already representing Alberto though (we are two separate households), and the statutes (Art. 5.11) stipulate that we can only represent one other household. Would you mind asking someone else?

@reeflings, as we didn’t have time to go through the GA draft minutes at the last plenary, please make sure to have a look (including at the attachments) before tomorrow night. Everything is saved in this folder.

Also, please make sure to nominate a proxy (that no one else has nominated yet) if you can’t attend.
