As defined in our statutes, it’s time for another General Assembly of the Société Simple.

Topics will certainly be

  • the final version of the updated plans / permit
  • the update of the weighting indexes
  • the update of the unit attribution
  • an update of the financial situation

Like usual , this shouldn’t take too long (more or less an hour) and it will be online.

@reef-full, kind reminder to appoint a proxy in case your household can’t make it. This matters because we need a quorum for the PV to be valid. TIA!

Also a kind invitation to @reef-associate: the default for all meetings in The Reef is that they are open to everybody, so if you would wish to attend the meeting as an observer you are of course very welcome. The meeting is held online (link in the Nextcloud calendar) and the draft minutes are in the Coral Reef folder > GAs.

Just to manage expectations though: what you will see is that we will go very quickly over the draft minutes that were presented at the plenary on Sunday, so in theory this will be a very boring and uneventful meeting.
