Since February is the shortest month, there is less time to wait between gatherings! It’s already time for our next Stammtisch on Sunday, 1 March.
This is the perfect moment to gather, shake off the winter chill, and help our exploring members get to know the group in a relaxed setting. Plus, with March 1st, spring is officially around the corner!
C’est toi le chat! Last month, @Odile opened the ball beautifully. Now, it’s time for the handover… drum roll… the person “tagged” for March is @Liesbet!
Liesbet will be co-creating this edition with Team Community Life. She’ll be sharing the location with us shortly, but we are already aiming for an earlier Sunday start:
Time: 18:00 (to make the most of the evening!)
Spring rituals: Since we are welcoming a new season, we invite everyone to bring/share a small tradition or thought for the changing of seasons.
Please fill in the poll below so we can give the venue a heads-up on numbers.
Dear @reeflings, I propose we have our Stammstisch in Billie (formerly Monk), Rue Sainte-Catherine 42, 1000 Brussels. For whoever might want to eat there as well: they serve delicious spaghetti bolognaise (classic, veggie, special, jambon-fromage, vegan, and/or no gluten); a tradition they kept from the Monk.
Haha great place, that is where I do my flexi job I am working there on Saturday so I might skip the pasta on Sunday but I might join you for a drink afterwards.
Good morning. I am coming down with a cold and will have to cancel unfortunately. @alberto can I ask you to support Liesbet tonight at the drinks (showing up basically haha) should nobody else from Team Community Life can come in my place ?
Thank you for thinking about me, @Odile! It was very nice organising the Stammtisch, I makes me feel more involved :-).
We were only 6 yesterday, but it was a very enjoyable evening!
4 of us took the opportunity to try the famous spaghetti. The unfortunate Chris and Dave were on a beer only diet and couldn’t join in the tasting. But we had fun!
Thank you very much Liesbet for organising this Stammtish . It was a great opportunity to discover a new place and to spend some quality time with a few of the reeflings .
