@joannes @reef-external @reef-recruitment @els In the last team-external meeting, we decided to re-launch the survey of this topic. I would like to double-check a few points before finalizing the survey.

  1. We send this survey to people who showed interest in 3-bedroom apartments and attended a presentation but didn’t continue? Obviously only the ones who opted-in.
  2. I think the first survey already covered people who attended a presentation till April. So, we focus on presentations May onward plus presentation of 29/04 that Els mentioned. Is my understanding correct?
  3. Shall we also include people who showed interest in 2-bedroom apartment?

Hi @Manoj @reef-external ,

Here is the file I based myself on to do the sending of the survey: Login – Nextcloud

Column a has the info of the presenation. So at the time of the sending, the people of the presenation of 29/04/2025 were still given the oportunity to become EM, were EM or AM. So indeed it’s from the presentation of 29/04 onwards that people didn’t get this survey yet.

The yellow lines represent the emails to which a survey was sent.

Hi @reef-external @reef-recruitment , I have collated the list of contacts the second survey is to be sent to. It’s saved here: Login – Nextcloud
Few points related to this list:

  1. I have kept all interested people who attended/not attended the presentation on and after 29-04-2025.
  2. Only opted-in (subscribed to the mailing list) people are included in the list.
  3. Only people who showed interest in 2-bedroom/3-bedroom apartment are included.

I am planning to use the same text as mentioned in Survey about membership inside the same folder: Login – Nextcloud

Can someone review the contact list once in case I missed anything/included incorrectly? Also, if someone can share contacts/file with contacts from the last presentation, I will include them too.

Hello, people from last presentation (17oct) were normally included in the data base)- I did it yesterday afternoon

Update: The second membership survey has been sent to 122 people (presentations organised from 29/04 till 17/10)
