A question on my mind is whether we will still try to have this taxe d’urbanisme dropped by trying to convince the region
-
when Sarah and myself spoke to Mark end of last year, he said he still would try to negotiate with the region to have it dropped. He explained that The Spiegel tried to negociate, but it didn’t work, Mark explained this as following:The Spiegel tried to fight for it, after the region/commune already had spent it.
-
the fact that Oaktree is out, might make are chances of winning this, smaller
-
the region indicated that they are quite busy, not giving us a third encounter before introducing the permit, so don’t know if they will take time for it.
-
we’re talking about 170 000 euro, so not a small amount
-
more info about the decree: Arrete Du Gouvernement De La Region De Bruxelles-capitale du 26/09/2013 arrete du gouvernement de la region de bruxelles-capitale relatif aux charges d'urbanisme imposees a l'occasion de la delivrance des permis d'urbanisme
I personally would still try although i don’t think our chances are high.
=> to be discussed in the next coordination meeting?
