Team Building: scheduling meetings

Hello again @reef-building, let’s keep the meeting on the 21/03 then, it doesn’t seem to make sense to move it around if we can’t get more people together.
@Lee will you be in charge of the agenda and facilitation? I can’t remember what we decided last time (but maybe it wasn’t clear that you were going to be there?)…

In today’s Team Building we focussed on substance, and the suggestion of Lee was warmly accepted to see each other life on another moment, in a more relaxed way to discuss more on organisational and interpersonal issues. (For more details look at the topics in green on the agenda of 27/03)

Not a lot available on those days, sorry…not even sure about the 27th.

27th there is a sociocracy training I think now
1st of may I may be available but I’m not sure, I will only know quite close to the date…

@els do you want to toss a coin, or shall we just choose for the afternoon so that we can link it to the facilitation training?

If the latter, I would recommend starting at 14:30, because I expect that we’ll be welcoming some newlings for the training and then a potluck.

I set up the time table for our team meetings

A few things to note:

  • by having team building meetings on wednesday or friday preparing for the meeting with the architects on a monday, it means that the frequence of 2 weeks between meetings is some times less, sometimes more than 2 weeks (for instance in February and April, 3 weeks between meetings, and end of june only 1week)
  • I’m not sure if it works having a set day or couple of days of the week, for instance for me it means I won’t be able to make a lot of the team meetings (5 fridays); as we said, it’s ok that we are not all there every time, but it means that I will be more absent than most in this case. For now I’ve set the meeting on a wednesday whenever possible, but we’ll have to check if wednesday is not particularly inconvenient for @Sophie_B

Please have a look and tell me if you find a problem with it all!

I see several meetings (biweekly ones with the architects) falling together with a PM.
You’ve asked the architects to change 25/3 to 24/3 (which they agreed to), but there are two other ones:

  • May 5th

  • february 25th

Also I just noticed we now have a meeting on the 30th of december, 7th and 10th of January.
Which ones should we keep?

30th: i would like to keep.
7th: i don’t see one?
10th: i would keep it for now, lets see what the PM of the 5th brings and where we are with the reorganising of the folder structure
(we can discuss about it in Monday’s meeting, if you want)
