With the last 1 BR sold, can you update the info on the different media and communicate (in a more catchy way than I am doing) that we sold an extra unit, only 2 units available.
Can we please also re-introduce a sentence that announces that the presentations are held in English? I think itās important that people know about this beforehand. TIA!
Iāve updated the H&P adds. Did not spot the 13/08/2026, but maybe it was corrected in the meantime.
Removed the 1BR and added the mention of āwaiting listsā to be able to mention that people interested in a studio can come to the presentation should the studio become for sale eventually.
We used to republish adds a week before the presentation so they appear again on top of the ads.
I see for samenhuizen, that is not really necessary as they have a kind of ācalendarā with the upcoming events and we are seen as one of those events, so a visitor keeps seeing this when he goes to the samenhuizen site.
On the H&P site, we are amongst the āpetites annoncesā. They have a calendar but only with their events . As our āpetite annonceā was published somewhere in augustus, we are far away, even if you filter on bruxelles, we are out of the top 25 for our presentation on October 13th.
Would it be possible to republish adds on H&S one week before the presentation?
Ha, I was under the impression that it was enough to update an add to make it appear from top of the search - and it shows up amongst the first for me - but will look into it again.
We discussed the outreach situation last Tuesday with @reef-coordination, where it was concluded that it is time to at least temporarily activate the Plan B.
