Joannes is chosen as the coordinator for the next 12 months (end of April 2026).

New actions in support of team recruitment

  • Manuel: make a list of the ideas and evaluate them in terms of effort and return.
  • Manoj: +1 Manuel, plus categorize the ideas into buckets (physical actions , digital stuff etc.)
  • Joannes: +1 Manuel and Manoj, plus budget in time and even in money. We should also increase the quality of the materials.
  • Manoj volunteers to do the categorization and publish it on the forum.
  • Odile: keep a record of what has been done. See what works (Manuel +1).
  • Alberto: volunteers to do a prospect (bank-facing) after the avant-projet.

Organizing the team

Let’s do a standing meeting. Odile, Manuel and Manoj agree. Also adopt a Kanban-style tool for team management. Manuel has created a board with a tool called “Deck”, already installed as a plugin of our Nextcloud instance. The team will then experiment with that.

Organizing the infomeeting with neighbours

We want to present our permit to the neighbors after having introduced the application. We need to choose a date and a venue. Labolobo, the venue we used for our first meeting, has moved or will soon. Manuel knows of a space used by religious congregations literally in front of the site, and will get in touch.

Probably the week of 15th September, during a weekday.
