The minutes of our last meeting are now available: Login – Nextcloud.
One of the things we decided was to put on the 3x2 sociocracy and facilitation training, so that Joke and Joannes can move more towards facilitating meetings. And there was a unanimous enthusiasm for doing this in one go on a Satrurday, interspersed with lunch and followed by apéro, rather than do it on three separate occasions. So here’s a poll to see if we can get the four of us at Joannes’ place on a Saturday in the near future, afterwhich we can open it up to all the other Full and Associate Members:
The plan would be 11h to 18h, so one session before lunch and two after, although we can be flexible with the end time if energy is flagging by then. And of course, some sort of celebratory beverage consumption afterwards!
Joke and Joannes, if you haven’t done so already, there are a couple of chapters in Many Voices, One Song that are well worth reading:

There’s a copy of the book on Nextcloud, and I have a paper copy you could borrow if you prefer…
The other thing we decided was to put more effort into developing alternative techniques and preparing for meetings with bigger and bigger groups of Reeflings, and that we would devote the next meeting to that. @mieke, once you are up and running again, could you organise a date for that?
