The report outlines crucial areas of infrastructure (informed by strong moral and ethical user-centered design and sound government policy) that they will support with the goal/hope that they will combine to create the actual next generation internet. I like that they are laying out a comprehensive ethical vision for it all. How they are going to pull it off is anyone’s guess…they themselves call it a “moonshot plus.”
