Hello Reeflings, the Board of The Reef ASBL is kindly inviting you to its GA which will take place online on 15 October at 7:30 PM. There will only be one point on the agenda (taking about 10 minutes of your time): Approval of the annual accounts for the past financial year (2024). Please indicate in the poll below if you can make it. If you cannot make it, please indicate in a reply who can be your proxy for the meeting.
An online meeting location will be available in our calendar on Nextcloud.

Just for clarity: the asbl functions like the société simple. So it’s two votes per household, which means that partners don’t need to give a proxy if they are absent because the one that will be present will have two votes.
