This is funny, how did I get myself into organizing a workshop that I planned to be absent from? 
But since my plans on being absent in Nepal did not work either, I will be there and can also do some preparations work. But things really can’t go on like that … which is a topic for a different occasion.
So, for the date. A combination with that third community workshop sounds really good to me. I see that the third community workshop will be 2019-11-28 16:00 - 21:00 in Metrolab. That seems to imply it’s not inside a candidate building.
In that case, it seems better to hold the technical sprint 1-2 days before that third workshop, because then we can showcase some of the work we did there during the community workshop. Which helps with motivation in the technical sprint, and hopefully contributes something interesting to the community workshop.
Does that make sense? If so, I’d propose (Mon) 2019-11-25 for the workshop, in the evening, at the Reef. So in case we hit on something really interesting and need more time to finish it, there are a few more evenings before the community workshop where we could meet again.
Is anything else planned for that day at The Reef?
