We got a short notice assignment from the architects to put together a short explanatory note about The Reef (see https://edgeryders.eu/t/urgent-explanatory-note-for-the-permit/21178)
It’s not fully clear what is expected, but I imagine it would be a nice thing to have a short presentation of who we are.
To this end there is a temporary Word file, where we’ll collect everybody’s input before we turn it into something more beautiful.
The requests are the following:

Can you please fill in a very short presentation of everybody in your household, and add a picture? The instructions are in this file: Login – Nextcloud. This should not take more than 10-15 minutes.

If you have really beautiful pictures that tell the story of The Reef (e.g. of the dinner after the purchase etc), can you please save them in the “Beautiful pictures about The Reef” folder? Link: Login – Nextcloud (ping @Wenwei, don’t hesitate to add pictures of you would have any)

Now that we are on it, if you have space and you have other pictures, can you please save them in our pictures archive? See Reef shared folder > Photos: Login – Nextcloud (this will be very nice to have for later on)
Point 2 is the most urgent, because I need the input to make a timeline with pictures. So if some people could browse their phone and upload a couple of pictures, that would really be of great help.
For point 1 the deadline is tomorrow evening (06/07) at 7 pm.
