- he comes to a web page with questions for him
- answering the questions forces him to ask questions to people in his organization
- by asking the questions he learns how to access the resources in his organization/community
- he learns who he needs to get excited about his project
- he reaches out to another Edgeryder and involves them in his project; or gets involved in a project
