What decisions need to be taken before we can introduce the permit

hi @reef-building @Lee,

Here an overview on what decisions we still need to take before we can introduce the permit:

  • We need a clear view on where all common spaces will be located (guest room, laundry area, …) : ongoing

  • We need to know the sizes of the (private) balconies/terraces per unit. Meaning, for the units not allocated to a FM, we will need to define the sizes ourselves.

  • The architects will need to foresee the exact number of bikes and type (cargo bikes or not) on the plans. So the exact location of the bike sheds is needed.

  • We need to agree on the current defined size of the level -1. The architects explained that for stability / security reasons, they would not go larger. So I don’t know if this is something we still need to consent to?

  • The architects indicated that they/the commune doesn’t need to know how we divide the private cellar space up in individual cellars. However, they said that the notary might wish that this is done on the plans for the permit, for the later division, to know parking A, cellar space B and unit C is for FM ‘D’ => @ugne / @reef-finance : can you check this with the notary if he wants the exact division of the private cellar space in cellar units on the permit plans?

  • There are off course the questions to be answered from the bureau d’études (some of them are listed in this post)

  • There are some questions to be answered related to the visual aspects of the façade:

    • finishing and windows (the architects will give a limited number of proposals that makes sense as a whole)

    • type of windows: wood / aluminium / wood-aluminium

(reef building, lee: i will add the things to be taken up for the introduction of the permit, in the backlog of TB , except for the ones of the bureaux d’études/visuals of the facade, as they are not complete and depend on the discussions with architects/bureau d’études)
