For those who missed the info: team building has biweekly meetings with the architects (the exact data are in the agenda).
Alberto created a folder on Nextcloud to which both architects and we have access. This folder will be used to store minutes, info presented during the meeting,…
I don’t know how we’re going to share this info with the group, it will be a topic for a next Team Building meeting, but so in the meantime, if you’re interested what was discussed:
Thanks to Joannes, we have automatically generated minutes in english (not 100% accurate but pretty good) + a registration of the meeting with the architects. You will find a link to the registration and minutes in this file, under the section ‘report and video’ of the corresponding meeting.
Normally the architects will also make minutes, that team building will need to validate
Related to the meeting of last monday, some things i want to highlight:
Ap of a plenary: ‘What to keep confidential’. Answers: the plans mainly
Question from @Alberto: Can we go to smaller units (smaller than what the RRU describes) because we have a considerable amount of m2 of common spaces => they have never done this, they know of a project who did this (considering a reduction of 10% of the private unit space because of the common spaces). They will ask the question to the commune.
A request from @mieke to have a simulation of the ‘sunshine’ on hte apartments, but from the street- view: Login – Nextcloud
They tried and managed to fit in a 2-bedroom unit and 3-bedroom unit on floor +1 and floor +2 for the middle building. they needed to move the walls a bit for that so making the 2 bed-room a bit smaller (92 m2) and the other bed-room a bit bigger (113 m2), which also has an impact on the studio’s on the ground floor (oaktree units) => the result can be found here for floor +1/+2 and here for ground floor.
meeting with the commune is fixed for :13/11 (next wednesday) @Lee : extra topic for the full members plenary of November 13th?
meeting with oaktree is fixed for 12/11 (next Tuesday)
they allready received some price offers for special techniques: this is a separate post…
@Lee they confirmed they will transfer us a simulation of our program in the two scenario’s ‘keeping common spaces together in front building’ vs ‘keeping the common spaces as is in the max version’ by the Full members meeting of November 13th ( a seperate post will still follow concerning this from team building)
we received the criteria that they will use for weighing the price of the units + their importance in relation to each other => will be presented in one of the coming plenaries/full members meetings
I note two topics for the plenary of the 13th: debrief from the meeting with the commune, and a discussion on the common spaces.
This I understand to be a topic for @reef-finance, which also has a certain urgency. @ugne would you be willing to fix the date for when this will be presented to the plenary?
Thanks for the debrief @els. I didn’t know (or fully capture) that informing about smaller units was on the question list for the architect. Can it also be discussed during next week’s plenary meeting? I feel that this relation between the size of the units - the size of the common spaces also needs considerations from the point of view of families with children.
hi @Hannah , i don’t know if i fully understand your question…
If you referring to this point
It’s mainly the middle building that has units with sizes that are not ideal:
the 4 studio’s on the ground floor: half of them are too big for Oaktree
the 4 bedrooms (on 1st and second floor) are big two bedrooms. The full members all want 2 bedrooms around 94-95 m2. 2 of those in the middle building are 97 m2 (reasonably ok, but still 3 à 4 * 4370 euro/m2 on top of the foreseen budget) and 2 of those are 105 m2: quite big 2 bedrooms for which there is no demand so far by full members (Perrine and Christian indicated they would be interested, if they become full members, but to be checked with them if they wouldn’t prefer a 113 m2 3 bedroom) , and too small to turn into 3 bedrooms.
=> with this proposition we would have maybe a better alignment for the reeflings wishes, it’s still not so much fullfilling oaktrees needs . With this proposition we would also reduce the total number of 2 bedrooms with 2 and raise the total number of 3 bedrooms with 2…
Keeping the current m2 of common spaces or reducing them (to win some money) is still a topic to be discussed.
I am not sure i fully understand what is specific about this relation for families with children… can you explain a bit more?
Thanks for clarifying! I think I mixed up two different discussions. If still not clear, I can address this orally during the plenary meeting but no need to go into it here probably.
fyi: the architects uploaded their meeting minutes of the last three meetings (to be validated by team building), and i guess all following once will be uploaded in the same folder: ‘pvs réunions’
@els, a small request: if you could refer to a folder by its name and give a hint at where it’s nested, I would save quite some time looking for them. Also not fully clear why the S&F’s folder is nested under “Planning”?
Can you tell me where you are moving it? I have a mental plan of the folder structure in my head, which helps me a lot to find the files I need as quickly as possible. Hence my request for a hint about folders’ names and the place where they are saved. Does that make sense?
Directly under the ‘team building folder’ , the common folder with the architects is called ‘Stekke and Fraas’
just to fully understand , e.g for the ‘pvs réunions’ folder where the architects save the meeting minutes they make. How do you want the ‘hint about folder names’?
There’s several ways to go about this. What I try to do myself is something along the lines of "the ‘PVs réunions’ folder is saved in the ‘Stekke and Fraas folder’: link. This way I can navigate or use the search function.
